Begins with a quick pick-you up from your hotel within 3 km of Chiang Mai downtown. Tour the fresh market, and discover how locals are buying and preparing their food. There are 4 dishes and sticky rice with mango. Cook in an open-air kitchen and eat in a locally styled bamboo hut.
