Itinerary & Dinner Show Schedule:
Vittles Served: 6:30 PM
When the dinner bell rings, guests enter the climate-controlled dinner barn and will feast in rustic splendor. Dinner is served on a tin plate and cup; our cowpokes will fill your plates with the best chicken and ribs in Arizona and all the fixin's (beware of flying biscuits). The menu includes: BBQ Chicken & Baby Back Ribs, Cowboy Beans, Mashed Potatoes and Gravy, Prickly Pear Coleslaw, Biscuits w/ butter & honey, a special Cowboy Dessert, and a choice of Lemonade, Iced Tea or Coffee to drink.

Cowboy Show: 7:30 PM
After dinner, sit back, relax and enjoy the energetic singing and rip-roarin' comedy of the Blazin' M Ramblers. Authentic, award-winning cowboy music, tall tales, tomfoolery, and other side-splitting surprises will keep you wanting more!
