Full-Day 'Big Tour' with Sunset at Phnom Bakheng

This tour takes in some of the most stunning and spectacular temples in the entire world. The temple-city of Angkor was the greatest metropolis of the world when London was just a village, and on this trip you'll see some of its greatest sites.

Itinerary

Our local Khmer tour guide and driver collect guests in our minivan half an hour before we head out, so please be ready at least 30 minutes prior to the start of the tour. Before we go to the Angkor Park we first stop for 15 minutes at the Angkor Ticket Office to allow everyone to purchase tickets to the park (not included in the tour price).

Our first destination is Pre Rup, a stunning Angkor site. After that we head to East Mebon, then on to the beautiful overgrown temple Ta Som, then the island shrine of Neak Pean. After that it's off to Preah Khan, a temple at Angkor built in the 12th century for King Jayavarman VII to honor his father. We end the day at Phnom Bakheng for (fingers crossed) a spectacular temple-top sunset!
