Your Discover Maple Tour begins in our hub of maple syrup production, the Sugar Shack, and ventures by wagon to the heart of the maple factory, the forest. Here the masters unveil the world of maple syrup from sap collection to the health and wellness of the trees, as you venture along our groomed walking trail. Linger afterward in the shade of the mighty maples for a legendary sugar bush treat, “stick-to-your-lips” delicious, Taffy-on-Snow -- another winter tradition we can’t let you miss.
