We were picked up at allotted time and place more or less on time and set off in the minibus. Unfortunately the air conditioning wasn't working too well and it was a very hot day. This was fixed an hour or so later at our first stop.
Fabio, the driver and guide was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, stopping at good "photo opportunities" wherever possible and looking after his passengers on scheduled stops.
The short stop at the Reif Estate winery at Niagara on the Lake was really interesting and the
short talk and tasting delivered by Ezra was very interesting and enjoyable. We bought some delicious "eiswein" (as a present unfortunately so didn't get to drink it!).
The weather had deteriorated badly by the time we got to Niagara but the spectacle was not diminished and the force/beauty of nature was truly amazing. Photos can't do it justice.
The supper at the Sheraton hotel (overlooking the illuminated falls) was also good with plenty of choice of well cooked food (some before your eyes) covering 3 courses. We were rather hoping for fireworks (as in the picture) but there were none.
The return back to Toronto was speedy and efficient.

The tour was extremely enjoyable. I was delighted to learn the fireworks display had been extended to mid-October.

Although some reviewers complained they weren't permitted enough time at certain locations. I don't agree. The streets through the wineries are far too narrow to support busloads of tourists debarking and embarking for brief photo opportunities. Our driver stopped once, blocking in the car of an irate driver. If you want to linger, I’d advise renting a car or a bike.

My only complaint is Viator's handling of passengers joining the tour in Niagara Falls. Specifically, those staying close enough to walk back to their hotel after the evening buffet.

Our driver was unaware that the majority of them (6 out of 8 of them) had decided to return to their hotel(s) immediately after the evening buffet.

After the meal my sister and I set out to tour the grounds surrounding the Falls, while they (the 6 out of 8) went off in search for the driver.

At the designated time my sister and I convened at the appointed spot. To the driver, it was readily apparent several passengers were absent. Having dined with a couple that had decided to return to their hotel(s), I relayed their farewell message to the driver. In disbelief, the driver continued to wait at the location for approximately 10-minutes.

Well, he was extremely displeased! Apparently, the missing tourists had never notified him they were not coming back. Nor had they left a tip. Delaying the return of others staying in Niagara Falls and Toronto as well!

I suspect this is not the first time this has occurred. Viator should instruct passengers staying in Niagara Falls, to report their intent to walk back to their hotel, either directly to the driver or via the Viator application.

Bus picks you up at hotel then you board and make your way to Niagara. Few stops on the way including worlds smallest church-so cute, where you can buy some delicious ice cream and maple syrups. You have 15-20 minutes at the first stop, then you board back on the bus and go to stop #2 which is a winery where you try 3 different wines including ice wine! Then back on the bus to visit the worlds largest clock and 2-3 other sites. Finally around 4PM you make it to Niagra in which you tour the entire area by bus and get 1 hour to shop while some are at journey behind the falls. After that concludes you FINALLY get to do the boat tour around 7-7:15 and the views are IMPECCABLE! The timing is great because you get to see both daylight and evening. After the tour (around 20-30 minutes) you have time to go eat at any place of your choosing, there is also a casino nearby! Then there is a firework show promptly at 10:00PM.

I had a great time during that tour and I highly recommend it.

We did some wine tasting and our Tour Guide Amir (I hope I write it right) was very funny, gave good adviced and made the tour very special.

The Niagara Falls were one of the highlights during my stay in Canada and this tour is simply perfect. The dinner afterwards was delicious and to see the falls during the night with lightshow left me speechless.

What really surprised me, was the price. I can't believe how less you have to pay to have an unforgettable tour.

Thank you so much. I had a blast.

This tour was the highlight of our Canada Trip. Heidi was a very informative and friendly guide who had happily answered our questions and allowed us Irish an extra few minutes to taste the Cider at the winery. Definitely worth the night time view of the falls especially with all the new lights!

I've never seen such beauty in my life. Seeing the falls up close and personal like that was a pure treat. My family and I can't wait to go back.

The Day and Evening Tour was great! Our guide, Amir, was very friendly, knowledgeable and provided us with ample time to absorb the views - without any feeling of being rushed whatsoever. He was also very considerate in offering to take photographs of myself and my partner with the Niagara gorge in the background not far from Brock's Monument.

Unfortunately, the boat cruise wasn't running that day due to the cold and snowy conditiions, which to be honest - we could only see as an enhancement to the spectacular views of the falls and the underlying Niagara River. No cruise meant we were provided with more time to soak in the views, both in the observation deck/tunnels at the bottom and also at the surface.

Bought some ice wine, why not! Very nice taster experience. Niagara-on-the-Lake, very nice and quiet and a cracking traditional candy shop is worth the gander. And the drive through the Niagara Parkway was beautiful.

We didn't go for the optional dinner, instead opting to go the Hard Rock Cafe just down the road. :

We were not taken to the Illumination Tower to have a go at changing the colours ourselves, but nevertheless, the view of the falls with the colours was a great experience!

Thanks for the great Day and Night tour.
