Meditation Experience in Nature with Primeval Forest and Springs

The primeval forest covered in fresh moss looks just like the world of a Ghibli movie! It's a mysterious and mysterious space.

After taking a walk through the Tateshina Otaki area, which is home to some of the most virgin forest in Yatsugatake, we will have a meditation experience with Chihaya Dan, a yoga instructor who loves this area.
Yatsugatake is one of Japan's leading moss spots, and if you take a close look at your feet, you'll see a world of microscopic life unfolding.
The dynamic appearance of the trees and the sight of moss is like something out of a Ghibli movie.
Please spend some special time immersed in nature, feeling the power and mystery of life.
