Stop At: Gobustan Rock Art, Gobustan Settlement - Garadagh District 60 km South of Baku, Qobustan 1080 Azerbaijan
State Historical and Artistic Reserve. One of the three places in Azerbaijan protected by UNESCO (2007). There are two museums inside the reserve. The first is open-air museum. Here we will walk through the caves, see the rock paintings, see the ancient cuisine, plunge into the life of primitive people. And the second museum - a modern, interactive one - was built in 2011.
Gobustan is a fusion of antiquity and new technologies.

There are about 800 mud volcanoes all over the world. 354 of them are located on the territory of Azerbaijan, which is about 40%. Guests who have visited the volcanoes say that they have been on Mars, because their surface resembles space films. You can shoot a new episode of Star Wars :)
