You found it! During two hours, learn how to taste, compare the Slovene wines and blend your own wine!

10.30 am: Meet at the Alfredo TOURS partner wine restaurant (2,5 km from the city center). In a really nice environment you will enjoy:

A welcoming glass of white and red wines: Break the code of wine tasting through the colour, aromas, nose, taste etc...

"Tour de Slovene wines": Through a tasting of 9 wines from the 3 main wine regions of Slovenia, discover the wines from Slovenia, their diversity and the notions of « terroir » and « appellation ».

Blending workshop: Some of the most valued world class wines are blends made up of various types of grapes (Cabernet sauvignon, Merlot…). Taste each grape separately and according to your own taste, create your very own Slovene cuvée!

Aperitif with traditional Istrian delicacies (fresh bread, cheese…) and discover you wine tasting profile.

12.30 am: End of the tasting class.

Return back. We return back to your hotel after the most enjoyable day out.
