Gourmet Cooking Lesson
A morning cooking lesson to discover the secrets of the traditional Ligurian dishes and homemade pasta.
During the lesson, the chef explains and shows the preparation of a dish of pasta and a main course of local cuisine.
You will receive the recipes and instructions.
Lunch is included with a tasting of the prepared dishes with Ligurian wine.
Italy is known for it’s love and passion for and around food so why not jump into the kitchen with a top chef to learn how to make Ligurian classics like Pesto, Lasagne and seasonally stuffed vegetables, called “ripieni’’.
This class takes place in the morning in a gourmet restaurant situated in the historic old city center of Rapallo. You will be guided through the recipes by a top chef. A totally hands on and unforgettable learning experience!
