Sakurajima Volcano Sunrise SUP Experience at Kagoshima Kinko Bay

Enjoy your morning paddling on an SUP around the calm waters of Kinko Bay while watching a beautiful sunrise view over the volcanic island of Sakurajima. This early morning tour is a unique way to experience spectacular scenes of Sakurajima's natural landscape, and a time to relax and refresh yourself in the moment. After SUP, a hotel breakfast (Japanese or Western) is available including the local speciality dish 'Kurobuta Shabu-Shabu' (Kagoshima Black Pork).

Itinerary

Watch the sunrise before you eyes over Kagoshima's Kinko Bay and Sakurijima volcano island. Enjoy stand-up paddleboard surfing (SUP) while relaxing on the calm waters with this beautiful surrounding scenery.

Even if it's your first time, don't worry! Our SUP instructors will teach you how to surf.

Enjoy at your own pace - you can relax and have fun however you like.

Take memorable photos and videos - Iso Coast is a good spot for spectacular views of Sakurajima volcano island.

Easy access - meet at Hotel & Residence Nanshukan in the city centre, a taxi will then take you to Iso Beach.

Excellent facilities - the rest area apartment has changing rooms and showers where you can relax freely.

Ask local guides - our tour staff have extensive local knowledge and experience to offer.

Hotel breakfast included - after the tour, have breakfast (Japanese or Western) back at the hotel. It's a great chance to try Kagoshima's local speciality 'Kurobuta Shabu-Shabu' black pork dish!
