This isn't just a demonstration; it's a hands-on culinary adventure. Under the expert guidance of our chef and instructors, you'll discover local ingredients and cooking techniques, and have fun with other travelers. Our chef, with years of experience leading teams and classes, is your dedicated mentor throughout the class. We prioritize your dietary needs and accommodate various restrictions.

You can choose an Asado class focusing on cooking over an open fire on the Parrilla - or our Foundations of Argentine Cooking. Both experiences will offer a blend of hands-on learning, cultural immersion, wines, and cooking, ensuring a fun activity in the heart of Palermo.

You'll be welcomed with an Argentine welcome drink, put on your apron, and get to know our chefs, the kitchen space, and other guests.

Culinary Mastery:
Under the expert guidance of our chef instructor, you'll prepare the empanada fillings together, chipa, main entree, and dessert with step by step guidance, and participation! The instructors will make sure you are well guided, and supported, and also have fun!

Wine Pairing:
Sample a carefully curated selection of Argentine wines, each chosen to complement the rich flavors of your class creations.

The class is a group activity, and each participant plays a key part in making the meal come together! You will enjoy slicing, chopping, mixing and grilling, and finally, enjoy the meal together at our table.
