Join Huatulco's marine wild life experts for a fun and informational coastal cruise to visit all of the beautiful bays of the Huatulco National Park and snorkel two of the least visited reefs.
Our team of bilingual Marine Biologists brief our guests on the coastal and reef ecosystems of Huatulco.
There is a maximum of just 8 guests on our 2022 custom built boat that has a bathroom, canvas roof and swim ladder.
We have brand new CRESSI snorkeling equipment for rent.
As we cruise along the coast admiring the bays of the National Park we may see dolphins, sea turtles, manta rays, many species of marine birds and from mid November to mid April we can see Humpback whales.
Our tour includes an in water snorkeling guide to show you the best parts of the reef and point out the amazing reef species.
Finally, our bilingual marine biologist guides have materials to explain the different species we have seen while snorkeling and cruising the famous bays of the Huatulco National Park.

Itinerary
This is a typical itinerary for this product

Stop At: Bahia Chahue, Huatulco Mexico

We meet at the Chahue Marina 10 minutes before departure. There are bathrooms for our guests to use.
We assist our guests on the boat and everyone is given a life jacket.
For guests that need snorkeling equipment we assist you in renting the gear and making sure the fit is good.
Our marine biologist guide then offers an initial briefing about the ocean and reef ecosystems in Huatulco as we depart the Chahue marina and cruise through the Bay of Chahue towards the Bay of Santa Cruz Huatulco.

Duration: 15 minutes

Stop At: Santa Cruz Bay, Huatulco Mexico

We cruise from Chahue Bay into Santa Cruz Huatulco bay passing by Roca Blanca - an important nesting site for marine birds.
While passing through Santa Cruz Huatulco bay you can see Playa La Entrega, the cliffs beneath the Lighthouse and the famous blowhole called 'La Bufadora' - next we enter the Huatulco National Park.

Duration: 15 minutes

Stop At: Huatulco National Park, Huatulco Mexico

Now we will cruise along the coastline a little ways from the coast inside the Huatulco National park. We keep our eyes open for dolphins, sea turtles, manta rays and marine birds as we pass by the many beautiful bays of the park to our initial snorkeling destination in San Augustine bay.

Duration: 30 minutes

Stop At: Bahia San Agustin, Bajos del Arenal, Bahía San Agustín, Huatulco Mexico

After cruising a little ways offshore along the coast through the Huatulco National Park we arrive in the picturesque bay of San Augustine. This is our first stop for snorkeling - weather permitting.

Duration: 1 hour

Stop At: Chachacual, Huatulco Mexico

After departing the bay of San Augustine we motor through the bay of Riscalillo and along the coast to the bay of Chachacual.
This is where we will often make our second snorkeling adventure on the reefs of La India - weather permitting.
Afterwards we will make our way to the bay of Cacaluta.

Duration: 1 hour

Stop At: Bahia de Cacaluta, Huatulco Mexico

We cruise into the immense bay of Cacaluta to admire the beautiful sandy beach and the island of Cacaluta.
If we were not able to snorkel in either of San Augustine or La India we may snorkel along the back of the island of Cacaluta.

Duration: 15 minutes

Stop At: Bahia Maguey y el Organo, Huatulco Mexico

After departing Cacaluta bay we continue along the coast of the Huatulco National Park into the dual bays of Maguey and Organo.
These are two more potential snorkeling sites, if other sites we inaccessible due to the ocean conditions.


Duration: 30 minutes

Stop At: Bahia Chahue, Huatulco Mexico

As we return to the Chahue marina we cruise back through the bays of Santa Cruz and Chahue.
If ocean conditions have not been favorable to snorkel elsewhere we may stop at Playa La Entrega to explore the sheltered reefs there.
