You will find the noodle are made in different techniques, such as hand-pulled, knife-cut or home-made along with shrimp wonton in beef soup. Meet your adventurous foodie guide at Huangpi Road Station (Shanghai Metro Line 1), and venture to the residential area starting from the famous Huaihai Road. You will first go to the Dingtele restaurant (in Shanghai dialog means fantastic) hidden in local compound through the alleyways. Satisfy your appetite with mouthwatering noodles. Those aromatic flavors include sesame paste, scallion oil, braised meat sauce along with deep fried schnitzel, shredded shitake mushrooms and scallops.

Later, go for a stroll around 15 minutes along the main Changle Road, a street filled with not only locals but also new immigrants.
