3-Day Private Chimpanzee Trekking Safari in Kibale Forest
We will take you on a magical tour, where you will be able to see chimps in their natural habitat! Over the course of three days, you will have the opportunity to visit the Semuliki National Park and admire the Male and Female Hot Springs, to experience chimp trekking at the Kibale National Park and go for a swamp walk in the Bigodi Wetland Sanctuary.

ItineraryDay 1: Travel to Fort Portal & Amabere caves Stop At: Amabere Caves, Fort Portal Uganda
Travel from Kampala to Amabere for the cave visit the caves. One of the cultural heritage sites of the Batoro, a tribal group in Uganda. The caves are formed from stalactites and stalagmites.
You will also see waterfalls, Amabere ga Nyina Mwiru "Breasts of Nyina Mwiru" and later on, hike to Nyakasura to see the mountains of the moon and 3 special crater lakes.

Day 2: Chimpanzee trekking, swamp walk & cultural tourStop At: Kibale National Park, Kibale National Park, Western Region
Our guide will pick you up from your hotel at 8:00 am early morning and depart for Kibale National Park.
Upon arrival at the National Park, you will be briefed by the game ranger at the park and head for the trekking. Sighting of chimps is guaranteed. As you trek, the game ranger will inform you about the names of each of the members of Chimp Families you will come across, and about the flora and fauna in the forest. If you are in luck, you will get to also see other primates like the grey-cheeked mangabeys, l'Hoest's, red colobus, red-tailed and blue monkeys.
The Guide/Driver will pick you up after the trekking. A stopover for lunch will be made either in a local restaurant, or restaurant of your choice.
Chimp trekking is included in the price.

After lunch, you will be met by a local from Bigodi who will take you on a swamp walk in Bigodi Wetland Sanctuary and a cultural tour (local gin brewer and coffee).

Have a slow morning and enjoy the nature surround your hotel.
