Enogastronomic Day in a Farm - Tasting of local products
Between the green of nature and the scent of lemon groves, you’ll discover the “PrimaLuce Farm”. You start with a welcome drink in a panoramic scenery.First stop is the “Farm” which owns D:O:P: brand. The farm strict line, stars from feeding animals, cheese making and finishing with home grown vegetables.Lia will introduce you to her farm and give you a taste of cheese, she will prepare typical caciottine, ricotta and mozzarella, adding fresh tomato salad accompanied with chilled wine.
Second stop is in the lemon grove, where all participants will taste homemade Limoncello with an illustration of an antique recipe, orange marmalades on bread and fresh lemonade. Afterwards you will walk together through the vineyard among the olive trees, you will taste extra virgin olive oil: plain, lemon, orange, basil oregano, rosemary and chilli on homemade bread. Last stop is “Pizza making” where Lia will explain how Neapolitan pizza is made, using a long traditional family recipe.
ItineraryPrimaluce is a pure, magic place, a love story with Nature, with emotions and products she offers us. Primaluce surprises its guests with an unmatched view: set between sea and mountains, the property expands on terraces, among the green Sorrento hills, up to the infinite blue shades of the Naples Gulf. You can reach the farmhouse leaving the state road SS145, to take a rather steep hill road. The road to Paradise, you know, cannot be just a walk! The property has two b&b rooms and a large dining room. We offer our guests a true agrarian life experience and a convivial stay with our Family. Outside the property, there is a large equipped dining area, a playground for children, a relaxation area and some picnic green areas. At Primaluce land, you can also visit farm animals, who live free and safe in their own terraces.
