Please note that since this is a shared service, for pickups from the city to the airport, a vehicle may take additional stops on the way to the airport and for pickups from the airport to the city, a vehicle may wait for the next reserved passenger additional 1 hour and 30 minutes after you exit the baggage claim (along with additional stops on the way to your hotel).

One passenger is allowed to have only one mid size luggage and one hand carry-on (a passenger may be asked to keep hand carry-on with him during the travel).

Please note that since this is a shared service, a vehicle may take wait for additional 1 hour and 30 minutes after you exit for the next reserved passenger. At the HOTEL: At the hotel lobby or parking lot. Please also look for a marked minivan with 'Ulaanbaatar Airport Shuttle' sign on parking lot. Please note that since this is a shared service, a vehicle may take additional stops on the way to your destination.
