cooking class with smiling and pure Moroccan chef FATIMA, in a vintage and traditional space in the center of the old Medina, at home in a Traditional house.
At the beginning, we meet next to the starting point to go to the Souk, to discover and choose for yourself the ingredients used in your course.
You can walk and visit the medina together to my family's house.
We choose local souk it depends on the climate and the day and on Friday we do not do the market in the afternoon because it is generally closed on a public holiday for Muslims.
Sample Menu • Tomatoes salad - It’s original salad general it’s fresh salad tomatoes, onions, parsley and coriander
• Tagine chicken with lemon - Chicken tagine cooked with presided lemons ana olives
• Couscous - It’s traditional dish composed (Chopped wheatgrass and seven vegetables, meat or chicken)
• Moroccan salad
