Private Wine, Evo Oils & Balsamic Vinegar Experience with Meal
With this experience, we decided to give importance to all aspects of wine. Balsamic vinegar is one of its derivatives and, it is produced with the grape must (freshly crushed grape juice with all the skins, seeds, and stems).
Sitting and relaxing in a magical and warm atmosphere, you'll get the chance to experience this precious product, understand how to use it in different dishes, and learn how it's produced. Everything will also be paired with the tasting of our organic wines and extra-virgin olive oils & balsamic vinegar
The experience will start with a detailed introduction to the agricultural methods we adopted, how our biodynamic production method works, and the farm's history. Continue with a private and exclusive wine, oil, and balsamic tasting paired with a meal all based on this precious seasoning.
