The dark days and cities of the middle 20th century WW2 Europe were felt differently here. This was the enlighten Riviera when the majority of the old continent had no light, heat or any other warm feelings. Although neutral, Portugal was desired by all, as it also played a key role on the outcome of the war. It’s all still present here.
