Meet a local English-speaking cook in this small bistro, just in a 5-minutes walk from Parma train station. Start your immersion into the tradition of fresh Italian pasta from Emilia-Romagna region in a fully equipped kitchen. You'll be hands-on during the whole cooking experience and will study the secrets of preparing the pasta dough from scratch, using just flour and eggs. Discover the secrets of traditional stuffing and sauces for the pasta.
