- At the airport, your driver will be waiting at the meeting gate holding a sign with your name on it.
- Meeting gates are assigned based on flight number.
- Don't worry if you can't meet the driver! Our drivers are available for 1 hour and 30 minutes free of charge. This is sufficient time to complete immigration and customs clearance.
- Please let us know if your flight is delayed or postponed to the next day. We offer transfer services at no additional cost. (We are not cold-blooded. Our profits can be justified only if we provide a fair service to our customers.)
- Cleanly maintained vehicles and friendly drivers will take you comfortably.
- The allowed number of luggage is one 24-inch suitcase per person.
(Although we do carry more than one piece of luggage per person, we are not responsible if we are unable to load all of the luggage.)
- The distance from Incheon Airport to Seoul is approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes.
- The transfer service ends when you arrive right in front of the hotel or Airbnb.

Meeting gate is assigned by your flight. so, it is easy to find our driver.(Also our driver team will contact you thru whatsapp after you landed.) ○ Seoul to Incheon Airport: Our driver will standby in front of your hotel 10 minute earlier than meeting time Please be sure that your meeting time should be at least 3.5 hours before your boarding time. (If your boarding time is at 15:00, Meeting time must be at 11:30)
