In the heart of the Kensington neighborhood, on a side street that could easily be missed without a guide, is Rocky’s apartment from the first movie. The building and street have not changed since 1976, and you’ll be able to take a picture while stretching on the stoop just like Balboa did before his early-morning run.

Stop At: Mighty Micks, 2147 N Front St, Philadelphia, PA 19122, USA

The building which served as the exterior of Micky Goldmill’s gym (Rocky’s home away from home) still stands. You will have the chance to walk around the building, take some pictures, and here why the director chose this location. And right across the street-....There’s the bar where the climactic Tommy Gun fight happened. A great Rocky corner!

- Visit the active Catholic Church in South Philly and stand outside the window where Father Carmine sends down a blessing to Rocky “....So that if I get beat up tonight, it won’t be too bad”

Stop At: Italian Market, 9th Street from Wharton to Fitzwater Streets, Philadelphia, PA 19147

One of America’s oldest and largest outdoor markets was the scene of Rocky’s famous montages as he trained to face Creed. Drive up the road that he ran, past the wonderful shops and fruit vendors, and past Pat’s King of Steaks, where Gazzo gave Rocky some money for expenses. Maybe even grab a steak here if time allows.

Adrian’s Restaurant, The classic Italian eatery Victor Cafe serves as the setting for Rocky’s fictitious restaurant where he meets Adonis Creed and sits warily with Ivan Drago.


Stop At: Front Street Gym, 2076 E Clearfield St, Philadelphia, PA 19134, USA

The real life boxing gym that was used extensively in Creed. This is where Adonis’s training montage ends with the motorcycles racing around him. If the gym is open, we will take a look inside. It’s the real deal!

Stop At: Laurel Hill Cemetery, 3822 Ridge Ave, Philadelphia, PA 19132-1840

This peaceful and scenic cemetery overlooking the Schuylkill River is the resting place of Rocky’s beloved Adrian and Paulie. Pay respects to these characters in front of the real stones that were made for the movies, and your guide will lead you to the spot where Rocky sits on his wooden chair and reflects while reading the newspaper.

The Philadelphia Museum of Art, one of the largest art museums in the United States, showcases a vast collection spanning centuries and cultures. Made famous by the iconic "Rocky" films, its front steps, known as the "Rocky Steps," have become an iconic symbol of the city, where visitors often recreate the triumphant run made by Sylvester Stallone's character, Rocky Balboa

Stop At: Rocky Statue, 2600 Benjamin Franklin Pkwy Center City Phila, Philadelphia, PA 19130-2302

Your tour ends the way it should….with the iconic statue and steps that have defined what the Rocky films are all about. Do your best Balboa impression in front of his statue, which may be the most photographed statue in Philadelphia. Then make sure to do some stretches before running up the 72 most famous steps in the city and strike your victor’s pose! The view of the city from on top of the steps is magnificent, and your guide will be there to capture it all on your phone.
