This exclusive tour will take you to a local market in Cusco, then teach you about Peruvian cuisine during a hands-on cooking class in a modern cooking studio, located in downtown Cusco. At the market, you will get an introduction to the local variety of products and the diversity of ingredients used in the local cuisine. You will learn about Andean kitchens and about the variety of local products and the diversity of ingredients used in the local cuisine. Our professional Peruvian chef will show you how to prepare our HIGH VIBRATION MENU with Andean products. Come, take part in this “must do” activity during your stay in Cusco.

Choose lunch or dinner tour time (9am or 3pm) when booking. Meet at the San Pedro Central Market, the city's largest and most popular, filled with local products from all over Peru.

Learn about endemic varieties of potatoes and corn commonly used in Peruvian cuisine. Begin your cooking class with a lesson on pisco sours, the national drink of Peru. You'll learn to make this famous Peruvian national drink and taste it as well.
Afterwards, your culinary experience will begin. We will prepare our HIGH VIBRATION MENU always guided by our Peruvian chef.

• Ceviche trio - The classic,
The ancestral made with tumbo,
The high vibration, with kushuro (algae that grows in the high Andean lagoons) Tarwi, and camu camu
• Mashua cream with crispy purple corn and crispy alpaca - A delicate cream and a superfood rich in antioxidants accompanied by a gluten-free purple corn crisp and rich in calcium and iron.
• High vibration STUFFET CHILLI PEPPER with garden salad and native potato cake - We turned this classic of Peruvian gastronomy by adding mushrooms and tender vegetables, and loaded with antioxidants in the salad.
• Lucuma gnocci with custard apple ice cream and Peruvian fruit mix - We will take advantage of the creamy texture of the lucuma to make a paste with kiwicha flour, accompanied by spicy chocolate and Peruvian fruits.
