Kamakura & Enoshima - One Day Bus Tour
Take a break from the fast-paced life of Tokyo and journey back to the ancient capital of Japan, Kamakura, which is home to the Samurai. Get a taste of the beautiful landscape, visit ancient shrines and stroll around Enoshima Island, all in a single tour!
Get off the bus and start the tour by visiting the Tsurugaoka Hachiman Shrine, Kamakura's most important shrine. Then, go down Komachi Street, a popular shopping street where you can enjoy local seafood, snacks, and souvenirs.
Next up is a visit of the Hase Temple, home to the famous eleven-headed statue of Kannon the Goddess of Mercy. Moving on from Hase Temple, go to one of the most iconic places in Kamakura, the Kotoku Temple with its huge bronze statue of Buddha.
The last step of the tour is Enoshima, a small island located west of Kamakura. Many Shrines dedicated to Benten, a popular goddess of good fortune, wealth, music and knowledge can be found on the island. On clear days you can enjoy stunning views of Mt. Fuji!
