Stop At: Wilpattu National Park, off Chilaw Anuradhapura road, Saliyapura, Anuradhapura 50008 Sri Lanka
04:00 - Pick up from your Hotel in Negombo & Transferred to Wilpattu national park.
07:00 - On arrival at the park you can take your packed Breakfast & start your morning game drive. The sanctuary lies inland from the coast and is entirely within Northern Province. A safari in Wilpattu is very different from any of the other major national parks. Visitor numbers remain very low and even in high season, it's common for there to be no more than a handful of tourist jeeps in the park at any one time. The unique feature of this park is the existence of "Willus" (Natural lakes) - Natural, which gives Wilpattu a wonderful, and genuine, wilderness feeling. Here you can also find huge swathes of dense, dry country woodland, masses of birds and, with a little luck, an impressive array of wildlife including leopards, sloth bears, spotted deer, wild pigs, and crocodiles.
12:30 - Picnic lunch will be served at a nice location
01:30 - 18:00 - Evening Game drive
18:00 - Transferred back to your hotel in Negombo
