The tour starts with a private ride by air-conditioned minivan and an English speaking driver from your cruise ship to Florence. The tour begins with a photo-stop at one of the most popular observation spots of Florence:Piazzale Michelangelo, and a drive past the Basilica di San Miniato al Monte, the finest Romanesque structure in Tuscany. We then head to the historic city of Florence with an expert local guide and you will see the main monuments before diving deeper into Florence with a walking guided visit of the Duomo Complex. Here you will admire the Cathedral, the Baptistery and Giotto’s Belltower. The tour ends in Signoria Square with the massive Palazzo Vecchio in the center. After lunch (not included in the price) you will visit Pisa: the city is known for its bright monuments, which includes the 11th-century Cathedral, the Baptistery and the Leaning Tower.You will have free time to stroll around the city before leaving for Livorno with your tour bus.
