Japanese Cooking Lesson and Meal with a Local Professional in her Lovely Home
Sapporo local Shiori offers a hands-on cooking experience during which you will get to cook a meal alongside her. A professional culinary instructor for many years, Shiori will expertly walk you through every step of creating a great Japanese meal. The cooking portion of your experience will last about 1.5 hours during which you will learn to make a starter, a main dish, and a couple of side dishes. Your meal may include dishes such as a handmade sushi roll, somen noodles, grilled chicken and vegetables or nimono of fish cakes and vegetables.
Shiori enjoys teaching the art of creating delightful food using fresh, inexpensive produce that is easy to replicate back home. She is also happy to recommend the best ingredients and snacks at local supermarkets to take home with you!
