ItineraryDay 1: Pick Ups and Arriving to the Hotel in La PazStop At: Sea of Cortez, Mexico
Our drivers will pick you up at the Cabo (SJD), La Paz (LAP) airport to includes hotels in Cabo and corridor to La Paz. Anticipate a beautiful 2.5 hour drive from the Cabo Airport. Check into the Hotel Catedral for your first night stay.

Offering 4 cabins (2 dbl + 2 spacious upper/lower bunks) with ensuite bathrooms and showers, onboard chef prepared meals, naturalists and/or scientists in the field and evening presentations on the natural history of the area. Learn about new species arriving to the Sea of Cortez.
Weather dependent, kayak and snorkel (all gear to include wetsuits). Explore remote islands and visit community members. World class bird watching. Island hiking exploring the flora, fauna and geology. Wildlife encounters may include whales, dolphins, sea lions, turtles and mobula rays.

We start the day with a two-course breakfast, followed by snorkeling and wildlife cruising, lunch, more snorkeling/kayaking and beach walk before the sun sets.
Evening nightlight exploring marine food chains, starting with krill (whale food) and other plankton followed by the last activity, more spectacular stargazing.
Anticipate 1 - 2 hours per activity.

After breakfast gear up for our snorkel with the whale sharks.
Followed by lunch, and then spend the rest of the afternoon beachside! Snorkel, kayak, beachwalk along white sandy beaches. Return to the ship for hors d'oeuvres and wildlife cruise into the sun set.
Enjoy an evening presentation of photos shot on the trip and presented by our naturalists.

Day 6: Day trip land adventureStop At: La Paz, La Paz, Baja California
Enjoy a land adventure. Depending on time of year it could be a visit to the gray whales of Magdalena Bay, snorkel with whale sharks and sea lions, visit to the art and cultural town of Todos Santos or a mining adventure to El Triunfo.
