You’ll be driven into the Troodos mountains through carefully selected villages to visit 5 traditional product workshops and taste a variety of Cypriot delicacies. One of these stops will be a winery plus a visit to the scenic Chrysorrogiatissa Monastery. You'll experience foods* such as halloumi, village bread, wine, olive oil, honey and traditional sweets. Along the way we’ll stop at a village tavern to enjoy an authentic meze lunch.

We'll pick you up from a Paphos location of your choice. Our team guarantees you a fantastic day out - we'll make the most of your time with us and take you on a bespoke journey through Cyprus villages. Established in 2011 - we're confident we know all the best spots and we never stop exploring! We're all fully trained in the traditional foods and wine of the island and you'll be sure to receive a professional, 5 star experience. We'll take you on a journey to explore Cyprus through the Troodos mountain villages, tasting authentic foods* and meeting true locals.

Stop At: Chloraka, Chloraka, Paphos District
In Chloraka village we'll visit a family making delicious honey and other bee products. You'll enjoy a tour of the premises and a tasting of their products!
Duration: 45 minutes
Stop At: Axylou, Cyprus
Here we'll meet a local lady making halloumi and anari traditional cheeses! We'll learn all about the process and enjoy a tasting.
Duration: 40 minutes
Stop At: Stagona olive oil, VJM7+QC, Statos - Ay. Photios 8651, Cyprus
We'll explore the world of olives and taste an array of interesting products!
Duration: 40 minutes
Stop At: Chrysorrogiatissa Monastery, Main Road through village, Pano Panayia Cyprus
We'll take a look at the history of wine in Cyprus at this beautiful and scenic location! You'll also enjoy a tasting of the famous sweet wine 'Commandaria' made in Cyprus. This wine has a 5000yr old history in Cyprus and holds 2 Guinness World Records!

Stop At: Polemi, Polemi, Paphos District
We'll stop in Polemi Village* for a traditional meze lunch with drinks - all included in your tour price!
*The village and taverna is subject to change depending on the final route.

Stop At: Tsangarides Winery, Lemona, Paphos 8545 Cyprus
Next is a look into the modern wine scene of Cyprus! Here we'll enjoy a tour of the winery and then sit down for a tasting of Mr. Tsangarides wines - famous for his organic range!

Stop At: Geroskipou, Geroskipou, Paphos District
This village is famous for its traditional Cyprus delights and here we'll stop to try these along with other sweets and treats! Again we'll explore the making process behind the products and meet the families continuing these special traditions!

We offer door-to-door transport from almost any Paphos location including hotels, airbnbs, private accommodation, landmarks etc. We can also offer pick-up or drop-off at Paphos airport if this makes your participation more convenient. If you do not see your pickup location on the list at the time of booking - please go ahead with your booking and in the unlikely case that we cannot fulfil the pick-up - a full refund will be processed.
This tour runs on specific dates - if the available dates aren't suitable and you would like to take part in a food / wine experience on another day then please check Cyprus Taste Tours for our other options as we have activities running on every day of the week.

PLEASE NOTE: The Troodos mountain range spans Larnaca, Limassol, Paphos and Nicosia and it is in the mountainous areas of these districts that you find the rural villages of Cyprus. This tour DOES NOT visit Troodos Square and will only visit various villages within the Troodos mountain region.
