You’ll be driven around the Troodos mountain villages to visit 4 carefully selected wineries. Each boutique winery you'll visit is family-owned and you'll have the chance to meet the individuals behind the wine-making and have all your questions answered on this brilliant small group excursion. You'll tour the premises of at least two of the wineries to learn about the process and history of wine. Through each tasting session you'll discover the indigenous grape varieties of the island and experience a selection of whites, rosés and reds.

Stop At: Chrysorrogiatissa Monastery, Main Road through village, Pano Panayia Cyprus
This scenic monastery is dedicated to 'Our Lady of the Golden Pomegranate' and was founded in 1152 by monk Ignatios who found a miraculous icon of the Virgin Mary off the shore of Pafos. Legend has it that it was thrown into the sea in Asia Minor during the iconoclastic period and drifted by the waves to Pafos. The present building dates to 1770.

We'll stop in Letymvou village* for a delicious traditional meze lunch with wine and bottled water - all included with your Cyprus Taste Tours ticket.

We offer door-to-door transport from almost any Paphos location including hotels, airbnbs, private accommodation, cruise terminal, landmarks etc. We can also offer pick-up or drop-off at the airport if this makes your participation more convenient. If you do not see your pickup location on the list at the time of booking - please go ahead with your booking and in the unlikely case that we cannot fulfil the pick-up - a full refund will be processed.
This tour runs on specific dates - if the available dates aren't suitable and you would like to take part in a food / wine experience on another day then please check Cyprus Taste Tours for our other options as we have activities running on every day of the week.

The timings are a guideline and if you must be back at your accommodation at a certain time - YOU MUST LET US KNOW IN ADVANCE.
PLEASE NOTE: The Troodos mountain range spans Larnaca, Limassol, Paphos and Nicosia and it is in the mountainous areas of these districts that you find the rural villages of Cyprus. This tour DOES NOT visit Troodos Square and will only visit various villages within the Troodos mountain region.
