The stop in the colourful and picturesque village of Biertan will give you the chance to visit the biggest Saxon fortified church from Transylvania (UNESCO world heritage). The guide will explain you all about the origins of the Saxon in this area and the reasoning behind their presence here. You will find out details about their personal daily life, community, enemies, religion and defence techniques.
