Visit first a Parmigiano Reggiano factory where you’ll learn how the famous cheese is made and where you'll enjoy a tasting of three different aging of cheese. From here we’ll reach a Parma Ham factory where you'll learn the history and you'llvisit the “cold stage”, where the fresh meats are processed; end your tour with a tasting of Parma ham and savor its sweetness and unique flavor.
Then we’ll have a stop for a delicious traditional 4-course Italian meal in a typical restaurant near the beautiful Castle. Will be served local products, such as tortelli di erbetta e zucca, Parma Ham, Parmigiano Reggiano cheese and local wines.
After lunch, we’ll reach a famous winery that produces white and red wine from this area. It will be possible to walk around the vineyard and then move inside the cellars, where experts will explain the winemaking process up
bottling. At the end of the visit there will be a tasting of three different types of white and red wines.
