Afternoon delight to cook Vietnamese food

Vietnamese cuisine is greatly admired for its fresh ingredients, minimal use of dairy and oil, complementary textures, and reliance on herbs and vegetables. Together we will do the steps of the recipe and we will give tips and suggestions, while we can have a good conversation about Vietnam, about the food and the tradition. The menu can be designed as vegetarian or vegan.

Iced tea and water will be served during your cooking class. A nice folder with all detailed recipes will be given to you at the end of your class.
