Then the driver will take you to the hotel. The pick-up name, flight number and drop-off address need to the provided.

• Unless otherwise stated, waiting time is 1 hour for domestic flight and 2 hours for inbound flight after the actual arrival time. After this time the vehicle will be released.
• Porterage is not included.
• If your flight is delayed we will check the flight information in advance and adjust your pick up time accordingly. In the case of connecting flights, please note that we are only able to check the flight details printed on this voucher.
• If you are unable to find the driver, it’s your responsibility to call the number shown on your voucher for assistant, before making alternative arrangements.
• If there is any change for the booking, you must amend your booking immediately.
• Unless otherwise stated, 1 piece of medium sized luggage is allowed per person, Hand luggage should be small enough to be carried on your lap. If your luggage is more than the space of the vehicle, it’s your responsibility to pay a taxi to carry your luggage.
