Apulian Cooking Lesson
One of the masterpieces of our culinary culture is represented by “orecchiette”, typical handmade pasta which name comes from its shape, which resembles a small ear. We propose a cooking lesson in a typical Masseria, where you will learn how to make handmade pasta discovering in this way the secrets of Mediterranean cuisine.
This gastronomic experience allow to know secrets and tradition of apulian cuisine.
You will start the activity by preparing the dough of orecchiette and then you will make them with the help of the lady.
At the end you will cook togheter and you will eat a real plat of apulian orecchiette !!
By yourself or by private transfer from your accomodation to the masseria, you can reach this place in the countryside and begin to cook with the lady of the house.
The price doesn't include the transfer from/to your accomodation but we can organise it at an additional cost .Sample Menu
