Visit Cahuita National Park for a up-close encounter with nature. The park has flat and easy walking trails with abundant wildlife such as monkeys, sloths, toucans and coatis. The trail is about 3/4 mile long and takes about 45 minutes at a slow pace. This is a great option for seniors, children or anyone who wants to take it easy. There is no mud or slippery paths.

The Tortuguero Canal area is known as the Amazon of Costa Rica because of its lush flora and fauna. Your naturalist guide will help you onboard a boat to cruise along the Costa Rica Tortuguero Canal that winds through the rain forest - watch for sloths, monkeys, tropical birds, iguanas, wild orchids and much more! There is so much to see and photograph. Your guide will be giving you information along the way. River cruise is approximately 60 minutes.
