  • Louvre Skip The Line Tickets with A Host and Choice of Itineraries

This is a stress-free way to visit the Louvre. Your skip the line entry is 11:30am. Please plan to arrive 15 minutes early. You will meet your host at the statue of Louis XIV (man on a horse) near the big pyramid in the center courtyard of the Louvre Museum and learn about its history and architecture. Your host will have your tickets and will be holding a yellow sign that says "Louvre Tickets With Host". You then enter the building, avoiding the longest lines, and your host will show you the lockers, main entrance, and offer you a choice of itineraries, each designed to suit your individual preferences. Itineraries include Louvre Highlights Express, Louvre for Lovers, Pop Culture in the Louvre and more. Enjoy on your own the most famous works including Mona Lisa, the statues of Venus de Milo and Winged Victory and thousands more works of art. Please be aware that while this experience will guarantee your entry in the fastest way, some wait times may be unavoidable during peak times.

Visit: Louvre Museum, 99 rue de Rivoli, 75001 Paris France

Go to the very conveniently located meeting point outside the entrance of the Louvre. Your host will be holding a sign that says "CityTour1 Paris" and waiting at the statue of Louis XIV (he is a man on a horse) which is in front of the giant Louvre Pyramid. Here you will receive your skip the line tickets from your host, relax as your host walks you through security, provides you with your suggested itinerary and map for your visit, and escorts you to your entrance. You may then explore on your own the breathtakingly beautiful and famous Louvre Museum

Our tour guide, Joshua, was so great! Met us on time, had all the information we needed, escorted us in, and gave us so many interesting facts about the museum along the way. Perfect for those who would like an easy entry and a brief introduction to the museum before going off to explore on your own. Definitely would recommend!

My daughter and I were extremely pleased with our guide3. We got in the Louvre ahead of the line and began to enjoy the beautiful museum. Our guide gave us information as to where to go and what was most important to see first.

What a place to visit our guide Remi was excellent, we were met on time at the arranged place and taken straight in bypassing the queue, pre book with a skip the line organiser

This option is a great way to skip the general admission line and get into the Louvre sooner. We met the guide at the statue as indicated in the instructions and he provided the tickets, a map, and a suggested list of exhibits. We likely saved a half hour by using the special tour line. The map was useful, but we did not use the exhibit list. The Louvre is huge and we did not see everything even though we were there for 6 hours. We spent an hour waiting in line inside to see the Mona Lisa which was worth it. There are many exhibits and lots of art, but it should be noted that as Americans without an audio or tour guide, it can be difficult to fully appreciate the museum because the majority of the exhibits have text that is only in French.

Definitely get the skip the line in peak times. Having a host was great because they gave you extra information and took you straight in. Could have spend the whole day here.

My husband and I enjoyed seeing the Louvre this way. Our guide was prompt and informative. She led us into the museum through a reserved entrance. She had our tickets and maps, but she also had a packet with room numbers and other info for the most popular objects. She then answered any and all questions before we set off on our own to explore. I cannot remember her name but I would recommend her. We loved the ability to skip around the groups and work our way easily to the things WE wanted not just what a guide thinks we should see.

The guide meets with you at a designated spot in front of the Louvre Museum and then takes you inside with skip the line (on our particular day it was really busy so the skip the line was an actual line but it went fast). Our guide was super nice, he took us in and then pointed out all the necessities and gave us an itinerary before we went to go explore on our own. I’m sure if you bought skip the line passes by itself it would have been the same. Either way the Louvre is a must see!!!

Getting a skip the line ticket would be well worth it on a crowded day, but our guide was great.
Just a tip: if you want to go into the Louvre through the glass pyramid, this may not be the tour for you as the guard considered us a private group so we were sent in another entrance, but that didn't worry me at all!

The Guide was great, and gave us some history on the building before taking us through. Once inside he gave us some tips, and we were all free to roam on our own.

NOTE: This is not a guided tour.

If you are there to see the Mona Lisa, be prepared to stand in a queue for a minimum of 30min to get 30sec in front of her on your own for a selfie. Alternatively, just stand to the side, and you can see her just as well.

The Venus De Milo was great, a lot less people around her, and the sculptures were staggering.

If you get a chance, go to the Napoleon III Apartments. It won't take long, but it's a little slice of history.

If U want to get in fast without no lines this is the tour. However the low score is due to the tour guide she totally ignored me while handing out tickets and went on giving out tickets to everyone else despite me standing right. Ext to her.

The instructions said to pick up our tickets from a "redemption center" before proceeding to the departure point; however after more than 30 minutes, we were unable to find this location and no one was able to direct us. Stressed out, decided to go to the departure point. The very nice tour guide showed up on time, and told us she wasn't aware of a redemption center, and that she had our tickets. She provided us with a choice of itineraries, but they only listed the names of paintings and room numbers. Once inside the Louvre on our own, it was very difficult to find the paintings, since we couldn't find the corresponding room numbers. I rented a headset, but couldn't figure out how to use the interactive device. If I had to do this again, my advice would be to spend the extra money and sign up for a GUIDED tour. The Louvre is massive and difficult to navigate on your own.
