The tortuguero canals, will lead you through the living jungle that stretches over the narrow canals, formed by the rivers born in the high mountains, making their way to the sea.
Common sightings here are monkeys, crocodiles, iguanas and sloths. The canals are also considered a bird watcher’s paradise, so keep your eyes open! The canals of Tortuguero are without a doubt one of the main attractions in Costa Rica, and this is a unique opportunity to experience this natural wonder. You will pass through some of the country’s most fertile areas and learn about Costa Rica’s main agricultural products. Along the way, you will see cocoa plantations and ornamental flowers.

Stop At: Province of Limon, Province of Limon
The first stop is on a fruit stand, you can taste tropical fruits like the best pineapple in Costa Rica!
The tour guide will show you some plants, like pineapple, Liberica Coffee bush, and sugar cane also some trees like the Cacao tree, mango, and noni tree.

Stop At: Province of Limon, Province of Limon
Besides the fruit stand, we have a souvenir store, where you can taste great coffee and find great merchandise made in Costa Rica

Stop At: Province of Limon, Province of Limon
Our second stop will be to Visit banana and chocolate plantations, the tour guide will explain to you how these plantations work in the country, and how the banana plants grow.

Stop At: Tortuguero, Limón Province, Costa Rica
The Highlight, is a boat ride in one of the biggest canals in Costa Rica, a great place for wildlife, you will have a chance to see, Howler monkeys, sloths, caimans, crocodiles, birds, and more!

Our last stop will be in Playa Bonita (Pretty beach), on this stop you can drink sodas, smoothies, cocktails or beer, also if you want you can eat something, I recommend you the Rice and Beans with Caribbean salse, or Patacones the local chips in Costa Rica made with Plantains

Pass By: Puerto Limon, Puerto Limon, Province of Limon
The last part will be a City tour of Port Limon, you will see important buildings like the First Baptist Church in Limon, the old train station, the main church in the town, the Big Boy Stadium the only stadium of baseball in all the province.
