Full-Day Small-Group Hiking and Cycling Tour from Taygetos to Sparti

The route combines the ascent of the tallest mountain in Peloponnese and the joy of cycling through the dense forest. It is a full-day adventure!

Itinerary

We start from Taygetos refuge.The hike to the peak and back is 7 kilometres and lasts around 6 hours.The view from 2407 metres is excellent! After the hike, we ride our bikes and we descent the mountain, through all kind of landscapes. After 31 kilometres we arrive in Sparti!
In case of winter ascent, the activity can be changed due to safety reasons. The best period for this activity is May to December!
