Enjoy a caviar guided-tour of a sturgeon fish-farm and have a caviar tasting at the Estate, in Neuvic, Dordogne. At the end of the tour we prupose an unusual experience, you can tring to catch a sturgeon into the visitor pool (only 4 volunteers). The guide teach you.
