In the centre is the elegant tree-lined Kossuth Lajos Street with the Town Hall and the Eszterhazy Collage, crowned by the astronomical tower. Across the Eger River, the famous medieval Eger Castle overlooks the city. Eger’s Ottoman Minaret offers far-ranging city views.
