At Asalanta we practice, promote, and educate our community and visitors about natural building, sustainable bamboo, and creative recycling. Enjoy the large outdoor decorated space with two "glamping" pods in the heart of the jungle. Guests are also able to use the beautiful earthen living area and kitchen. This space is perfect for relaxing and will also be used for preparing what you would like to eat and drink from the delicious selection of locally sourced gourmet foods and drinks included. Explore the "Earth shop" full of handmade and sustainable products and jewellery.

Itinerary

Discover the secrets of the earthen village in central Koh Lanta, outside from the typical tourist trail, at the point where the mountains and the jungle begin to take over the island. Enjoy being totally immersed in nature under the cool shade of ASALANTA’s towering bamboo in this unique bamboo bathing experience. Celebrate a combination of mental, physical and spiritual well being benefits by connecting with the emerald green jungle in this process. After walking along the natural path, guests will be invited to unwind amongst the bamboo in a beautiful space created for relaxing and admiring nature. Here guests can appreciate a delicious selection of locally sourced gourmet foods and drinks. Guests are also welcome to use the 10 chakra crystals for meditation and meditation lodge. Children can use the playground and toys while adults are invited to embrace self care in the use of the natural cosmetic products such as ricemilk soap, coconut oil, tigerbalm and jade rollers. There is also a natural sauna, outdoor and indoor shower available. Both adults and children can also use the interactive sustainable equipment museum which contains many handmade DIY tools people can use.
