    Clase de cocina privada, exclusiva y cuidadosamente planificada sobre cocina local moderna o cocina internacional, en Buenos Aires.

    Participe en esta divertida clase de cocina privada donde podremos preparar el menú juntos. Este menú incluirá un aperitivo, un plato principal y un postre.

    Podrá elegir entre un menú tradicional de la zona, una cocina italiana local contemporánea de estilo porteño, y también pizza porteña y menús vegetarianos, veganos y sin gluten.

    El menú estándar consta de:
    • Empanadas de ternera preparadas desde cero al estilo contemporáneo (más ligeras, saludables y sabrosas)
    • Estofado de venado, champiñones y vino tino: delicioso y también ligero 
    • Dulce de leche (caramelo) y ron semifreddo: sencillamente delicioso

    Clases impartidas por Saul, el chef ejecutivo, en su propia cocina, bonita y acogedora. Las clases comienzan a las 10.30 h o a las 19.00 h. Toda la experiencia dura aproximadamente 4 horas e incluye una cena privada con lo que acaba de crear acompañada de un buen vino local. Aprenderá y disfrutará y será uno de los mejores recuerdos de su estancia en Buenos Aires.

      Wonderful warm host, great immersive experience so even on a very all too short visit you get to experience some sense of what it is to live and eat in BA!

      When i travel I usually plan a couple activities outside the city and some event inside the city. I did a cooking class in Barcelona so I wanted to do one in Buenos Aires with Empanadas. I submitted for other classes but couldn't find any open seats with groups so I had to sign up for a private class which was more expensive but I guess it turned out well as I got more private attention.

      I arrived a little late with traffic so when I arrived I was rushing to get inside. We still sat and he asked me some questions and we talked for a few before we got started. I received a good insight into the food and ingredients and details about each ingredient. We made about 25 empanadas along with a steak roast and oven roasted potatoes and dulce la leche frozen dessert. Everything came out delicious and I had some to take with me.

      We sampled some wine along with dinner as well. Overall it was a great experience and one I can recommend so take a break from sight seeing.

      Saul’s patient and thorough instruction definitely inspired us to try cooking an Argentine meal when we get home, it what made our evening especially memorable was the delicious food that we shared after making it and the great company with whom we ate. Jessica, Saul’s helper, was really lovely and seemed to anticipate every need, and Saul himself explained each step perfectly as we prepared the meal. And then there was the food.....my mouth waters at the thought of it: of course, empanadas, but also the most exquisite meat, seared and then baked covered with chimichurri. We also had homemade rustic sourdough bread, some choripan, crispy potato wedges, and for dessert, something that I know I will fix often at home. Because I don’t want to give the secret of how easy and tasty it is, I will just say that it is made with dulce de leche. ‘Nuff said. Fabulous evening.

      My wife and I enjoyed a great evening in our chef's home learning about his food, culture, and Buenos Aires, through cooking! Very hands on, informative, with great food! Highly recommend this type of experience when visiting a new local!

      Such a great experience! Saul is a wonderful teacher, and a really interesting man. It was a highlight of my trip to make and eat delicious food really, can't say enough how amazing the food was, but also to be invited into someone's home and have them share stories and recipes was so lovely. If you want something deeper than a tourist experience and you like great food, this is the perfect combo.

      Exceptional. Tremendously fun and educational. Hands on. The meal after was very memorable for Saul's cooking skills and his wonderful personality. Very highly recommended!!

      My husband and I had a wonderful experience in Saul's kitchen. We felt like we were at the home of a friend. We choose to cook pasta. Saul taught us how to make pasta step by step. He would demonstrate, then we would do it all ourselves. We made a wonderful dessert, ravioli with mushroom sauce, spaghetti cut with a pasta machine and some cut by hand with a knife with a fresh tomato sauce and enjoyed it all with some great wine. It was a very personal experience and I imagine that no two classes are exactly the same. If you want a cooking class in Buenos Aires cook with Saul!! We loved it!
