Itinerary
This is a typical itinerary for this product

Stop At: Uluru-Kata Tjuta Cultural Centre, Lasseter Highway, Uluru-Kata Tjuta National Park, Northern Territory Australia

Travel to the Uluru-Kata Tjuta Cultural Centre, where you’ll be welcomed by your Indigenous guide and interpreter. Your guide is Anangu (pronounced arn-ung-oo) and is part of the Mutitjulu community, the traditional owners of Uluru-Kata Tjuta National Park.
Your guide will speak to you in Pitjantjatjara during the tour, your interpreter will translate into English.

Stop At: Mala Walk, Kata tjuta National Park, Uluru-Kata Tjuta National Park, Northern Territory Australia

Enter the caves where the Mala (rufous hare-wallaby) people camped when they first arrived at Uluru and see the kitchen cave where they prepared their meals.
They are the Anangu’s ancestors, and their story is one of the most important of the Tjukurpa (the foundation of Anangu culture).

Stop At: Kantju Gorge, Uluru-Kata Tjuta National Park, Northern Territory Australia

You’ll see fine examples of rock art along the walk before arriving at this gorge, a place of profound peacefulness surrounded by sheer vertical walls.

Drive around Uluru and your guide will point out important Aboriginal landmarks of Uluru.

Stop At: Maruku Arts, Yulara Cultural Centre, Uluru-Kata Tjuta National Park, Northern Territory 0872 Australia

Join Maruku’s local Anangu artists for a fun introduction to the unique desert art form, dot painting. Be inspired as you learn about the symbols and painting styles used to create beautiful works of art.
