During the tour they will be able to appreciate the plantations, they will learn about the varieties of cocoa, its flavors, uses, cultural, environmental data, post-harvest, and the situation of cocoa in the world. FINE FLAVOR CHOCOLATE SCHOOL
(3.5 hours approximately)

After the tour of the nursery, the plantations and the post-harvest, attendees finish the tour with a bean to bar workshop, where each tourist will learn the ten steps to make a premium chocolate. During the workshop they will receive information about the chocolate industry, the history of cocoa and cultural data that will be interesting for those present. Each participant takes their freshly made chocolate bar.
