Traveler pickup is offered
We normally pick up from hotels along the City of Miami Beach (not Surfside, Bal Harbor, Sunny Isles) on Collins Avenue (by default from 45 street all way to 1 street, and sometimes from 71street down) and Miami Downtown at Holiday Inn Port of Miami. Sometimes, when possible and as a courtesy, from different hotels and other areas. A supplement charge may be asked, depending on the location. Please inquire with us for more details about pick up locations and the possibility of pick up from other areas.
Wait for the transportation outside the Hotel , by the entrance.
Because we pick up from different locations, the departure time could be immediate or after over one hour from the first pick up.
We normally have only one departure per day. Pick up time cannot be chosen.
The pick up time most of the times could fall between 7:20 to 10:00 am. The supplier will determine the pick up time. Again, it cannot be chosen.
We could have a different time as well or an afternoon departure if the morning is full.
Please contact the supplier for the exact pick up time and location. Bear in mind we have a 24-hour cancellation policy. If you need to cancel or change the date for any reason, you need to do it up to 2 days before the activity. You can inquire about the approximate pick up time and pick up location before the 24-hour cancellation policy , so that you have adequate time to cancel if needed.
Normally we give the exact time and pick up location the day before in the afternoon.
