- The driver will be waiting at the information counter of the Domestic Arrival Hall Exit or the International Arrival Hall Exit while holding a sign with your name on it. Please wait for the driver at the meeting point for about 10 minutes

Hotel pick up:
- The driver will be waiting at hotel lobby. please arrive in the hotel lobby 10 minutes before scheduled departure

The driver will wait for you up to 30 minutes from your scheduled pick up time. If you will be delayed, please contact us to inform them of the delay
If you cannot be reached after the waiting time, it will be considered a 'no show'. The driver will leave and no refund will be issued

Surcharges:
Exceeding arrival waiting time (up to 90 minutes): THB 300 per hour
Exceeding departure waiting time (up to 30 minutes): THB 300 per hour
Any extra stops or sudden changes on the drop off location without prior agreement with the operator will incur an additional to be paid in cash (THB) directly to the driver
