Get a behind-the-scenes look into downtown’s blossoming culinary scene and see downtown from a true local's perspective. Enjoy historical storytelling of Pikes Peak, the gold rush, the railroad, and more from your expert local Tour Leader. Pass By: The Antlers, A Wyndham Hotel, 4 S Cascade Ave, Colorado Springs, CO 80903, USA

The Antlers Hotel is a historic hotel originally built for by William Jackson Palmer, our city's founder, in 1873. Here, we'll talk about the beginnings of Colorado Springs and the Denver and Rio Grande Railroad that passed through.

Stop At: Brakeman's Burgers, 10 S Sierra Madre St, Colorado Springs, CO 80903, USA

Located inside the original train depot that welcomed guests from the Denver and Rio Grande Railroad from 1871-1971, this restaurant serves up tasty burgers and creamy milkshakes. If you're lucky, you might even get to see a train pass by!

Pass By: Colorado Springs Pioneers Museum, 215 S Tejon St, Colorado Springs, CO 80903-2206

Originally the county courthouse built in 1903, the Pioneers Museum is architectural marvel and Wild West artifact treasure chest. We'll talk about the building itself as well as some of the local art pieces located in the park surrounding it.

Stop At: Jack Quinn's Irish Pub and Restaurant, 21 S Tejon St, Colorado Springs, CO 80903, USA

Jack Quinn's Irish Pub is one of the most popular restaurants in downtown Colorado Springs and has been open since March 17, 1998. Serving homemade Irish fare in a space that feels like you're in a real pub in Ireland, Jack Quinn's welcomes everyone near and far with beer, grog, and delicious food.

AdAmAn Alley is a multi-sensory art installation commemorating 100 years of the AdAmAn Club, which ascends Pikes Peak every New Year's Eve to set off fireworks over the city.

Pass By: The Mining Exchange A Wyndham Grand Hotel & Spa, 8 S Nevada Ave, Colorado Springs, CO 80903, USA

The Mining Exchange Hotel, founded by Winfield Scott Stratton, was originally the largest gold and silver stock exchange in the county. We'll talk about the gold rush and the largest mine to have ever been found in Colorado, the Independence Load.

Stop At: Pikes Peak Lemonade, 224 N Tejon St, Colorado Springs, CO 80903, USA

We'll visit the only lemonade tap house in the nation featuring handcrafted, organic cane sugar and fresh lemons. Tour guests will enjoy a 10% discount!

Pass By: Acacia Park, 115 East Platte Ave, Colorado Springs, CO 80909

Acacia Park is at the heart of Downtown Colorado Springs and is one of the oldest parks in the city. We'll talk about the public art, the historic band stand, and musical fountain on our way to the next culinary destination. Don't forget to ask your tour guide about some of the nearby boutique shopping!

Stop At: Four by Brother Luck, 321 N Tejon St, Colorado Springs, CO 80903, USA

Celebrity Chef Brother Luck has two restaurants in downtown Colorado Springs, and your tour may feature one of them! Four by Brother Luck is southwest inspired fare featuring local ingredients and farm fresh produce. We'll try a dish that Chef Luck served on Season 16 of Top Chef.

Pass By: Pikes Peak - America's Mountain, 5069 Pikes Peak Highway, Cascade, CO

While we won't get to actually ascend the the mountain on our tour, we will talk about this magnificent natural wonder of the United States. With Pikes Peak looming over the buildings of downtown Colorado Springs, we'll talk about how it was named, world-renown events happening there every year, and of course the famous food you can get at the top.

Stop At: Josh & John's, 329 N Tejon St, Colorado Springs, CO 80903, USA

Josh and John's has been serving their delicious "mountain churn" ice cream in downtown Colorado Springs since 1986! We'll try the "Purple Mountain Majesty," which is the flavor they created in honor of the 100-year anniversary of the Pikes Peak Hillclimb. This location is hugely popular with the locals, but you'll get to skip the line with the food tour!

• Smokehouse Slider with Thick Cut Fries - A signature slider with a 100% all-natural beef patty, crispy onion rings, American cheese, pecan smoked bacon, and Jack Daniel's Honey BBQ glaze.
• Traditional Irish Shepherd's Pie - Colorado-local ground beer with mashed potatoes, cheddar cheese, and veggies with a side of homemade soda bread and honey butter.
• Hand-Tossed Thin-Crust Pizza - Delicious thin-crust pizza served with fresh and organic ingredients including sun dried tomatoes, peppers, chicken, and mozzarella cheese.
• Jalapeno Poppers - A signature dish by Chef Brother Luck - tempura battered and fried jalapeño poppers with pickled jalapeños, red onion, cream cheese, and crema.
• Purple Mountain Majesty Ice Cream - A fan favorite, creamy churned ice cream featured luscious dark chocolate raspberry truffles.
