2. Pick up from the Airport:

- Flight number:
- Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA):

Note:

For International Arrivals:
Your designated driver will be waiting for you with your name written on a sign outside exit door 2-3. When you leave the terminal through these doors at baggage claim, you will walk across the first crosswalk and you will see him.

Domestic Arrivals:
Your designated driver will be waiting for you with your name written on a sign outside exit door 12. When you leave the terminal through this door at baggage claim, you will walk across the first crosswalk and you will see him.

We'll cover the first Parking hour, if it takes you more time please kindly help us with the difference.

3. For Hotel Pick up

Please send us :

-Your Name and Last Name ( We'll ask for you at the lobby ) If it's an AIRBNB make sure to give us your apartment number ( We'll ring the bell at arrival )
-Hotel/Airbnb address
-Flight departure time (We'll help you schedule the best pick up time option accordingly) Pick up 4h in advance for international and 3h for Domestic flights

Note: Extra charges will be considered on holidays. You will receive a Payment request after booking. January 1st, During Holy Week on Holy Thursday, Good Friday and Easter Sunday, May 1st, June 29th , July 28th &29th, August 30th, October 8th, November 1st , December 8th ,December 25th or or whatever is declared by the government.

Every passenger must have a validate International or National Health Insurance.
