Sample Menu • Peruvian Fish Soup - Exquisite and nutritious recipe for Peruvian fish, rich in nutrients with a high content of vitamins and minerals
• Peruvian Ceviche - Small pieces of raw fish marinated in fresh aromatic lime juice tender onions, boiled sweet potatoes mixed with or without Andean hot chilis.
